motorcycles and other motor vehicles, available only from Boogey,
Inc. and its authorized dealers. Don't be fooled by other companies
offering cheap imitations and calling their products Boogey Lights®. While
we're flattered that over the past 15 years our name has become a household term for motorcycle neon,
we believe it's important that you understand that there are differences between
the original and the imitators.
Boogey Lights®
are available for all makes and models of motorcycles,
from Honda to Harley-Davidson. Most of our customers have their lights
installed by us at one of several bike rallies we attend throughout the year.

Customer Service Makes a World of Difference
You'll never get a run-around after the sale...we aim
to please and to exceed our customers' expectations. We'll do whatever we
can to resolve a problem, including making a "house call" if it's feasible.
We've been known to arrange visits to our customers' homes for a service call if
we're traveling in the area. While this is not always possible, we'll work
closely with you or your local motorcycle shop to assist in problem resolution
until you are satisfied.

If you should ever need to replace a broken Boogey Light®,
you can order it through our
secure
shopping site. The lights are available
in dozens of shapes, sizes and colors, so it's important that you specify the
exact location of the light and the model of your bike. Please use the
"Comments/Special Delivery Information" box during checkout to clearly describe which light you need to
replace. If you are not the bike's original owner, or if you purchased
your Boogey Lights several years ago, we may need to speak with you to ensure we
send you the right light. All replacement lights are $48 each, regardless of shape, size or color, plus
$8 shipping & handling*.

Limited Lifetime
Warranty
THE BOOGEY, INC. LIMITED WARRANTY. Boogey Lights™ neon tubes have a
lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers any defect in
material or workmanship that causes the tubes not to light. This warranty does
not cover any, misuse, abuse or glass tube breakage for any reason! It does not
cover any tube to tube end failure resulting from improper installation or
improper handling of the tubes. This warranty is not transferable.
Defective tubes are to be returned to Boogey, Inc. postage paid for warranty
consideration. Replacement is limited to the defective tube only, and is not
done in pairs. Replacement tubes are limited to color or materials available at
time of replacement. Different production runs of colors, or discontinued
manufacture of a color is not grounds for both tubes to be replaced. Closest
color match at time of warranty consideration will be used in the replacement of
defective units.
This warranty is limited to tube replacement only, and does not cover any
loss of use or any coincidental loss.
This warranty does not cover any shipping charges to or from Boogey, Inc.
Some fuel injected bikes may experience a "crying wolf" engine light. This
false light is cause from the natural magnetic field "broadcasting" from the
neon. This condition does not harm the bike in any way (regardless of what your
uninformed dealer may want you to think). It is not a "defect" in a tube or
tubes. It is therefore not a warranty issue with our product. |
